KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has officiated the M Azura sales gallery opening just eight months after acquiring the land. Situated on a prime four-acre site with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM508mil, M Azura is designed as an affordable residential development.
M Azura is an affordable project with extensive facilities catering to residents of all ages. The project will feature two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units with built-up areas ranging from 700 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. As for prices, the units will start from RM378,930. There will be over 40 facilities including a game room, full-fledged gym, badminton court, multipurpose social space, co-working space, yoga deck and much more.
