PETALING JAYA: M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd (M101) today announced the appointment of China Railway Construction Corporation Malaysia Bhd (CRCC) as the main contractor for the development of M101 Skywheel.
According to the statement, the project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM2.2bil and is set for completion by 2021.

Present at the signing ceremony were Datuk Seth Yap, the chief executive officer (CEO) of M101 and Mr Andy Zhao, vice president of China Railway Construction Corporation(International) Limited and chairman of CRCC Malaysia Bhd.
The signing was witnessed by China Railway Construction Corporation(International) Limited chairman Zhuo Lei of and CRCC Malaysia Bhd managing director Huang Zheng.
The company was recently ranked 80 in the world top 500 Fortune Company. In Malaysia, the Company is on a rapid development path with several mega projects ongoing at namely in Kuala Lumpur city centre, Damansara, Mont Kiara, Klang, and Penang.
CRCC has a wealth of experience in the design, construction and management of high-rise buildings more than 300 meters tall. Recently, CRCC successfully constructed the Four Seasons Hotel with a total height of 342.5 meters.
