PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s official preview and unit selection of M Vertica in Batu 2.5 Cheras recorded a strong take-up rate of 85% for its Tower A comprising 808 units over the two-day weekend preview (Nov 25 & 26).

According to the statement, the event attracted thousands of visitors on both days with registrants queuing up for unit selection early in the morning. The project has garnered 15,780 registrants of interests before the preview.

“We are very pleased with the overwhelming response from the public. Interest has been strong for M Vertica as Cheras is a mature neighbourhood which has a pent-up demand for well-planned, modern properties,” said Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“The good take-up rate not only shows the public’s trust and confidence in our brand and products but also prove that we are on the right track with our ‘Reinvent Affordability’ campaign which is to provide homes with good specifications in strategic locations at a price many can afford,” he added.

M Vertica offers residential units with indicative built-up of 850 sq ft (three bedrooms) and 1,000 sq ft (four bedrooms) priced from only RM450,800.
