PETALING JAYA: Property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd has launched its sales gallery for M Terra in Bandar Puteri Puchong with a theme song in tow to mark an auspicious lead-up to the Lunar New Year.

Founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum officiated at the M Terra sales gallery’s grand opening and was joined by group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang, executive director Datuk Steven Ng, group strategy and operations directors Jane Leong, Lionel Leong and Rachel Leong, chief operating officer Chris Chen Weng Hong and corporate admin vice president Puan Sri Sulvian Leong. “As a market-driven developer, we will continue to focus on acquiring prime lands at strategic locations with excellent amenities and ready infrastructures. This approach allows us to plan our highly successful M Series development to be affordable without compromising the quality and facilities. Through projects like M Terra, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our homebuyers,” Hoy Kum said.

Ho said that M Terra is designed strategically to provide residents seamless access to public transportation, reducing traffic congestion and promoting a more sustainable lifestyle.

“Residents of M Terra will enjoy the convenience of efficient transportation options within 1km distance. It is not only connected to 7 major highways, but very close to LRT stations such as LRT Puchong Perdana and LRT Puchong Prima,” Ho added.

With an indicative starting price of RM250,000, M Terra primarily caters to first-time homebuyers and upgraders as well as young families. Sitting on 3.7 acres of land, M Terra offers serviced apartments consisting of three different types of units – Type A and Type B have 2 bedrooms meanwhile Type C has 3+1 bedrooms. All three types have built-ups ranging between 549 sq ft to 1,259 sq ft. M Terra is set for launch in Q2 2024.

The sales gallery opening enables the public to explore the show unit, scale and landscape models. For more information, contact 011-30117080 or visit M Terra’s official portal at https://mterra.com.my/.
