KUALA LUMPUR: Despite the pandemic stricken economy in 2020, half of Paradise Fair in Bandar Tasik Puteri has been leased to commercial tenants. The 8.06-acre retail lifestyle hub by Low Yat Group was opened for lease to retail brands in the grocery, fashion, food and beverages and lifestyle sector in the middle of last year.
The group's property development general manager Andrew Goh said this came as no surprise given that these retailers have ongoing aggressive expansion plans and are always on the lookout for strategic locations to reach their intended customers. Bandar Tasik Puteri offers great opportunities with potential footfalls from customers who live and work within the township.
Goh added that the group expects to attract some 200,000 people into Bandar Tasik Puteri come 2025 with its vibrant township that consists of residential and commercial development spanning across 2,670 acres. To date, over 70,000 residents have moved into the area.
A noteworthy mention is that the self-sustaining township is also the largest of its kind in the north of Klang Valley. Bandar Tasik Puteri has established its presence since 2000 and has been rapidly progressing over the years.
With over 12,000 houses handed over, the population there is envisaged to increase as more launches are planned to meet the demand for choice housing and quality living environment.
The township currently consists of apartments, terrace homes, semi-detached and bungalows. There is also an attractive mix of commercial developments in the area and an award-winning 27-hole golf and country club at Bandar Tasik Puteri's heart.
