DENGKIL: Kita Mekar, LBS Bina Group Bhd’s (LBS) first single-storey development at Kita @ Cybersouth township was well received with all its single-storey houses fully taken up within two weeks of launch.
While Kita Mekar townhouses were 100% secured with more buyers waiting in queue to grab this project.
Launched in April 2019, Kita @ Cybersouth Township is a gated-and-guarded home sited on a Malay Reserved Land which has proven to be a hit with a strong take-up rate for almost all units that were released from one phase to the other.
The Kita Mekar component comprises single-storey houses and townhouses with an estimated gross development value of RM345.1mil.

LBS also received a strong take-up rate for its double-storey houses, townhouses and serviced apartments. Both Kita Bayu and Kita Impian phases were completely sold out. Kita Harmoni double-storey terrace house has a take-up rate of 97%, while Kita Ria serviced apartment secured 85% sales.
These showed that the right product with affordable pricing as well as good connectivity was important to gain market share, said Lim.
