Kuala Lumpur, 16 March 2016 – Leading property developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), extended its standing as a key player in the Malaysian property sector after securing a position in the Top 10 Developers of the Year at the recent StarProperty.my Awards.
Speaking about the latest win for LBS, Managing Director, Tan Sri Lim Hock San said, “We are very privileged to have been selected as a winner of the StarProperty.my award. LBS ventured into Malaysia’s property market in the early 1970s and quickly established itself in the property industry with a solid track record. Starting with building medium-cost units, LBS progressed quickly to high-end property developments across Malaysia, creating a land bank that amounts to 2870 acres as at February 2016.
Establishing itself as a key performer in the property market, LBS has developments across the Klang Valley, East Coast, Northern and Southern region of Malaysia, LBS has, to date, delivered over 30,000 units. At present, LBS has 16 ongoing projects.
Held at Saujana Hotel in Shah Alam, the StarProperty.my awards was attended by over 350 people. As the guest of honour, DYMM Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj, presented the awards to LBS and other winners of the Top 10 Developers of the Year.
