PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd recently won a much-coveted spot in the Top 10 Developers category at the BCI Asia Awards (BCIAA) 2017.

According to statement, LBS Bina Group Bhd executive director Datuk Sri Daniel Lim Hock Sing accepted the recognition at the BCIAA 2017 – Top 10 Developer Awards gala dinner held recently.

Among the most recognized development by the developer is the D’ Island Residence, which boasts integrated eco-friendly features.

“We take pride in thoughtfully designing developments which incorporate practical and eco-friendly elements. A good example is our flagship luxury development, D’ Island Residence, which was transformed from a tin mining area into a desirable eco-friendly township for urbanites to retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life,” said group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

The BCIAA 2017 – Top 10 Developer Awards is a prestigious annual event that honours architecture and developer firms with the most significant contribution towards sustainable developments in the seven regional markets across Asia namely, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
