KLANG: The Clubhouse @ Maple Residences was recently launched by Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KSLHoldings Bhd, to create a place to enrich and uplift the lifestyle of the serviced apartments’ residents.

Maple Residences project director Patrick Khoo said the clubhouse completes the concept of wholesome living in a community, serving as a place for residents to gather, building a community relationship and also the promotion of a healthier lifestyle.

The 68,000 sq ft recreational floor features 12 facilities, including the swimming pool, children’s wading pool, children’s playground, jacuzzi, basketball court, barbecue pit, meeting pod, yoga deck, mini theatre room, multipurpose hall, mini library and a gymnasium overlooking the pool area.

“KSL Bandar Bestari is already one of the most desirable addresses in Klang. However, if you are to compare it with the other township sitting next to us, KSL Bandar Bestari is offering a wider range of residences, including high-rise apartments, and landed homes.

“We also provide more business opportunities to thrive in KSL Bandar Bestari, especially at our business hub in KSL Avenue, Commercial City, Bestari Park as well as shopping mall which slightly dilutes its exclusivity,” he added.

With regards to sales, Khoo said that the take-up rate has been strong and encouraging. Around 90% of Block A has been taken up, with Block B at 83% and Block C at 59% since launching in 2015.

Since the unveiling of the township in 2013, the developer has launched eight phases thus far, including Canary Garden, phase one and two of Ridgewood, Commercial City, Maple Residences and the KSL Esplanade Mall. Located next to Maple Residences, the 650,000 sq ft shopping mall aims to rejuvenate the Klang area as residents no longer need to travel far for shopping and leisure offer.
