KLANG: Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd (KSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KSL Holdings Bhd, has introduced a virtual walkthrough facility for its Maple Residences, a freehold serviced apartment completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance.
The introduction of the 360° virtual tour is in response to the new normal practices which have altered the way people purchase properties.
The platform features video tours of show units, nearby point of interest, and allows 100% of client-consultant-meetings to take place via video live conferencing.
“So far, the feedback was very positive. We understand that property buying is a very personal experience and we know that people like walking through,” said KSL Bandar Bestari project director Patrick Khoo.
“In our virtual reality experience, we can say that what you virtually see is what you actually get,” he said.
KSL is awarding a laptop and complementary fully-furnished interior design package for every successful purchase on top of an additional cashback.
The 41-year-old property development company also has a loyalty program to enhance customer experience and boost its brand presence.
Dubbed KSL Pal’s Program, the loyalty initiative seeks to reward loyal purchasers of KSL properties in Klang and Kuala Lumpur.
The program determines the accumulated value of purchased properties which is then sorted under insider, elite or VIP categories respectively.
Among member rewards and privileges include special invitations to KSL corporate events, priority to select units before public launches and additional rewards for any subsequent property purchase as well as the ability to cash out accumulated points gained upon a successful referral.
Members will receive a membership card and can track loyalty points via the mobile app whilst receiving notifications on upcoming events and promotions.
On the progress of KSL’s 18 Madge Onsen Suite, Khoo said that the luxury residences is 65% completed.
The luxury residences, with built-up sizes from 2,234 sq ft, is located at Jalan Madge, Ampang and scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
The development will feature a unique hot spring facility with mineral-rich water sourced from Bemban, Malacca.
