PETALING JAYA: KSL Esplanade Mall, by KSL City Management, a wholly subsidiary of KSL Holdings Bhd, recently unveiled their confirmed tenants.
A total of 65% from 650,000 sq ft is tenanted with the presence of more than 100 brands. KSL Esplanade will also be complemented by over 300 local and international stores and a number of large-format retailers.
Efficient access is enabled through the provision of over 3,000 car parks from the four-storey building, easily connected to nearby roads, towns, major highways as well as near to the light rail transit of Johan Setia.
Embracing a mantra of “More than Just A Mall, it is implemented and delivered through key components of shopping, dining, entertainment and public park as well as the alfresco dining that connects the mall to the park.
KSL City Management project director Patrick Khoo said, “The signing of all its major retailers articulates the confidence the market has in KSL Esplanade Mall. Our dedicated team has carried out detailed research and planning on the right mix responsive to the needs and expectations of the target market.”
He explained that the mall would provide over 1,600 job opportunities to the locals. KSL Esplanade Mall maintains exclusivity by not only attracting people within the catchment area but also providing broad appeal to draw customers across Klang Valley, with a focus on South Klang as the next destination hub for shopping.
The anchor tenants of the shopping mall include TGV Cinemas, Daiso, EnerG X Park, Loon Sing Restaurant, Houzone, Next Gen, Mr DIY, FOS and ToyWorld. “We are also close to securing a group of renowned partners for the remaining retail space,” said Khoo, adding that they are confident of meeting their target within 16 months of the opening.
