KSK Land Treats Staff And Business Partners To A ‘Luxurious’ Feast At 8 Conlay Sales Gallery

PETALING JAYA: To ring in the Year of the Rooster, KSK Land Sdn Bhd hosted staff and business partners at the 8 Conlay signature sales gallery to bond over special traditional Chinese New Year delicacies and memorable cultural experiences.
“The Chinese New Year celebrations remind us to love and cherish our family and friends as well as to keep believing in a better future. All of us at KSK Land wish for everyone to experience a happy Chinese New Year and find prosperity in the year ahead,” said KSK Land Sdn Bhd managing director Joanne in a statement.
Themed ‘A Harmonious Feast’, the celebration began with an energetic lion dance performance with the lion dance troupe performing amazing acrobatic stunts at the main foyer of 8 Conlay sales gallery before proceeding to take a stroll around the show units of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski.
Keeping true to the lunar New Year spirit, KSK Land treated over 200 staff and guests to an array of appetite-whetting traditional cuisine unique to various Chinese dialect groups including the signature Hakka Pun Choy, Hainanese Chicken Rice, as well as Teoh Chew-styled steamed fish, reminding everyone of the cultural significance behind each cuisine.
Guests were also able to experience traditional cultural activities such as the Chinese knot demonstration, Chinese hand fan calligraphy, Chinese dough doll crafting and a special appearance by the ‘God of prosperity’.

The celebration ended with a ‘Lo Hei’ or prosperity toast session led by KSK Group Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Paduka Kua Sian Kooi, who was joined by KSK Group board members, staff and guests at the mass yee-sang tossing session.
Besides the cultural experiences, the team at KSK Land also gave guests a tour of the luxurious YOO8 serviced by Kempinski show units. Designed by Steve Leung and YOO, each branded home is beautifully designed and yet highly functional.
