KUALA LUMPUR: Knight Frank Malaysia Property Management (KFPM) celebrated its milestone of managing over 100 buildings during its Building Managers Workshop on Oct 17, 2023. Beginning with its first building in 2006, the company grew to over 100 buildings under management with more than 500 employees.
KFPM office and facility management director Mohammad Syahrizan Shamsudin, KFPM office and retail management director Yuen May Chee, KFM group chairman Sarkunan Subramaniam, KFPM managing director Kuruvilla Abraham, KFPM executive director Natallie Leong, office and facility management executive director Lee Siow Sung, office and retail management executive director Winnie Lim, strata properties director Nageswaran Muniandy, and Valuation and Advisory advisory Chong Teck Seng were present at the event.

As of 2023, KFPM’s portfolio exceeds 45 million sq ft of various asset classes. The company currently manages 13 million sq ft of high-rise office buildings, 35 strata management buildings, 6 million sq ft of retail malls, and 6.3 million sq ft under facilities management.
