Modern city living
While the overall development of KL Metropolis is slated for completion by Q3 2027, the first residential project in KL Metropolis is set to hit the market soon. MET 1 Residences, which is a part of MET 1, is expected to be officially launched in March 2017.
Spreads across 4.3 acres, MET 1 has a GDV of RM 1.3bil, and comprises of one serviced residence, two office towers and two levels of retail malls with net lettable area of 81,000 sq ft. MET 1 Residences offers an ideal abode for those who enjoy modern facilities and convenient accessibilities.

According to Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, MITEC is fully completed, and is expected to be fully operational by the first quarter this year.
“We are confident that MITEC with its capabilities to host international events will encourage further growth to the business tour and MICE industry in Malaysia,” he added.
Supported by state-of-the-art facilities, MITEC is an architectural masterpiece with a whopping built-up area 141,191 sq m (1.5mil sq ft) that is able to host a maximum of 48,000 visitors at any one time. The exhibition centre, which encompasses 13.1 acres of land, contains 11 exhibition halls, three media centres, 10 meeting rooms, nine organiser rooms, three VIP rooms, one restaurant and five cafes.
To accommodate to the large volume of visitors, 1,900 parking bays are provided at MITEC.
