KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld) recently took home the Best Employers 2023 Award (previously known as Aon Best Employers Award) by Kincentric, naming the city developer the best company to work for in Malaysia. 

This is the fifth time the property developer has achieved this recognition, backed by its holistic onboarding culture, industry best practice training program, exclusive employee privileges and succession grooming initiatives.

According to SkyWorld’s chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng, this recognition by Kincentric is another feather in the developer’s cap that further cements its reputation as a people-first company.
