PETALING JAYA: JKG Land celebrated Chinese New Year with a special Tang Dynasty theme at The Era@Duta North.
The event featured special appearance of Empress Wu Zetian, who dazzled the visitors with its flamboyant dress.
There are also Chinese cultural performances, games and contests, as well as Tang Dynasty specialty snacks and Chinese tea ceremony, mysterious gifts and fireworks at night.
Located at Jalan Segambut, The Era is a mixed freehold development spanning over 14.8 acres of land with a gross development value of RM583mil. It is targeted to be launched at 1Q2017.
The development will include three phases of residential development, namely Dawn, Noon and Eve, which offer standard units ranging from 650 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft.
There will also be three storeys of retail street boulevard.
The Era offers accessibility through Duke Highway, Sprint Highway, Penchala Link, Jalan Duta, Jalan Ipoh and Jalan Kuching.
The location is also close to Matrade (4km), Mont Kiara (5km), Publika (4km), Kuala Lumpur city centre (7km), as well as other amenities and facilities.
