IOIPG breaks new ground with 117-acre Senna Puteri township

SEPANG: IOI Properties Group (IOIPG) celebrated the groundbreaking for Senna Puteri, its newest township spanning 117 acres in Klang Valley South. Sited near Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Senna Puteri leverages on the group’s strategic landbank, with connectivity to the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, and Nilai-KLIA Highway as well as proximity to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminals 1 and 2.

Complementing its prime connectivity profile, the township is just five minutes away from the Salak Tinggi Express Rail Link (ERL) station, facilitating access to more than 170 destinations across Klang Valley’s growing integrated rail network via the KL Sentral transit hub.

“The word senna has meanings of brightness in Arabic, representing our vision for our township in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. “Our vision for Senna Puteri is to follow on the success of Warisan Puteri, our integrated mixed development in Kota Warisan, Sepang, to be a well-planned, self-sustaining mixed development with a comprehensive range of residential, commercial and recreational components.

"Complementing existing commercial, industrial and trade activities in the area, we are committed to bringing IOIPG’s unique development approach here through a series of exciting landed and high-rise offerings. This will be showcased in Senna Puteri with its first residential launch offering modern hilltop townhouses in Q2 2024, forming the nucleus of a vibrant new community to drive the growth trajectory of the township and vicinity ever higher,” he added.

Senna Puteri, with 12 phases of development over the next 10 years, is complemented by recreational areas, green spaces, a community hall, surau and more. Following its first residential launch, IOIPG has plans for a balanced range of townhouses, terrace homes, high-rise and commercial products, carefully tailored to the needs of property seekers in the area as well as affordable homes in support of the national housing agenda. First phase of Senna Puteri

Comprising 386 units in its first phase with lot sizes of 26’ x 65’ in a 17.8-acre gated and guarded enclave, Senna Puteri’s first residential launch offers 3-storey hilltop townhouses that have built-ups from 1,690 sq ft to 1,862 sq ft for lower units with three-bedroom, three-bathroom layouts, while upper units feature built-ups from 2,336 sq ft to 2,454 sq ft with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an accompanying powder room.
