PETALING JAYA: IOI Properties Group Bhd bagged the Best Mid-Range Condo Development (Central Malaysia) award for its Skyz Residence project at the South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2016 recently.
Chief operating officer Teh Chin Guan said the company was honoured to receive the highly acclaimed award.

Poised to be the tallest landmark in Bandar Puchong Jaya at 200m above sea level, Skyz Residence allowed residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the Puchong skyline.
It has unique green features such as natural lighting in open areas, including resort-style open-air lobby with high ceiling and vertical plantings that aimed to enhance aesthetics and reduce carbon footprint.
Slated for completion by mid-2018, Skyz Residence offers units with spacious built-up areas ranging between 1,095 sq ft to 1,580 sq ft with other amenities such as clubhouse facilities, podium gardens, 14 sky lounges with view of KLCC, among others.
Meanwhile, senior general manager marketing and business development Lee Yoke Har said Skyz Residence would not just be a stunning landmark, among the Puchong starlights, its multitude of resort facilities and green features would set a new benchmark for sustainable living and positively influence the lifestyle of residents there.
