AFTER an arduous day in the office, how about retreating to a luxurious room and retire into the night in style?
At the StarProperty.my Fair i-City Edition to be held in June, i-City will be launching Hill10 Residences, offering 300 units of serviced suites on top of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
The development is designed for people who appreciate an integrated lifestyle and the finer things in life, creating a seamless transition from the luxury hotel to the private residences.
“All units will be fully-furnished and designed in a way that matches the standards of a luxury hotel,” said i-City director Monica Ong.
More than just design, residents can also benefit from world-class facilities like the cantilevered rooftop infinity pool, landscape gardens, recreation zones and a gym.
According to Ong, what really excites homeowners is the concept of housekeeping and room service.
“Working adults can find comfort in knowing that their homes are constantly well-maintained and kept at an optimal level,” she added.
She said the 24-hour coffee house meant caffeine lovers need not drive out to relax in a cafe ambience. Residents who are hungry late at night will always have the option of running downstairs for a hearty meal.
Following i-City’s achievement as the first private sector development to obtain MSC Cybercentre status, Hill10 Residences homes are built to incorporate Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
It is poised to become a frontrunner in the smart homes trend.
These smart homes give owners full control of all devices in the unit. The feature of controlling home devices remotely means there is no need to worry if the air-conditioner has been left running or the lights are still on, a click on the mobile phone would solve the problem.
“These IoT-ready homes are especially interesting for investors who are keen on venturing into the home-sharing business.
“Homeowners who want to lease out their units for short-term rentals do not need to be present whenever their guests arrive to check-in. The homeowners only need to send a temporary password to guests via a mobile text,” said Ong.
She added that the smart features allow the owners to give their guests a tour of their home from a distance.
They will also be able to order room service to tidy up the room as soon as the guests depart.

Besides offering unique property openings using digital technology, the fair is also part of the StarProperty.my Win A Home (W.A.H) Contest. Homebuyers will stand a chance to win a serviced condo worth over half a million ringgit in Petaling Jaya.
