The Rising Star Award, one of the standout categories of the Malaysia Developer Awards, shines a well-deserved light on these promising talents. The methodology
Unlike the Top-of-the-Charts (TOTC) awards, the Rising Star Award places greater emphasis on project criteria, taking into account seven key attributes, including design, sustainability and community impact. In addition, the financial stability and long-term sustainability of each developer are carefully evaluated to ensure that the award is a true reflection of their merits.
The comprehensive selection process demands detailed information from participants, covering all aspects of their projects, from inception to completion. Developers are assessed on their strategic vision, execution and financial prudence, ensuring that the awards are given to those who genuinely deserve recognition.
The trophies were presented to the winners by Star Media Group chief executive officer Chan Seng Fatt and FIABCI Malaysia president Yu Kee Su celebrating their remarkable achievements and signaling their bright futures as the next property titans in Malaysia’s real estate industry.
