PETALING JAYA: IJM Land has launched its latest commercial development at IJM Rimbayu township called The Promenade, comprising 110 units of shop offices and is envisioned to be the central gathering hub that fosters togetherness in the township.

Embracing sustainability, The Promenade is a GreenRE Bronze-certified development that utilises the principles of passive design to naturally optimise energy efficiency and enhance overall comfort for occupants. The two-storey shop offices and the three-storey corner units, configured in rows of up to ten units each, are incorporated with inclusive design features such as tactile tiles, disabled-friendly pathways, and obstacle-free zones. To create a pleasant retail ambiance, ample parking space as well as pedestrian walkways are allocated.
The three-storey corner units were also specially designed with a wider floor area to accommodate flexible usage.
