PETALING JAYA: IJM Land has launched Ridge View Phase 2 at Puchong to a strong reception of 70% take-up rate. The latest phase comprises 38 units of double-storey link houses offering a premium residential enclave set against the backdrop of Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve and Wawasan Hill Trail.
Senior general manager Datuk Chai Kian Soon said Phase 2 has continued from the success of Phase 1 where it has been 85% taken up.

Since unveiling on June 29, Phase 2 has already seen a 70% take-up rate, underscoring the strong demand for e Ridge View @ Puchong, attracting discerning buyers who seek both exclusivity and a harmonious living environment,” he said.
Perched 152m above sea level, the development offers residents a panoramic view of the Puchong township from a lookout point. Being near Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve and Wawasan Hill Trail allows residents easy access to nature, whether for jogging, hiking or a relaxing walk. Type G, with a land size of 22.6 ft by 80 ft, comes with built-ups from 2,123 sq ft to 2,281 sq ft. The units are also EV-ready.
Ridge View is accessible via major highways such as Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), and Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and is near the Bandar Putra Permai MRT station.
