PETALING JAYA: IJM Land and FCW Holdings Bhd have launched Stellaris @ Riana Dutamas located at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. A freehold development comprising 1,143 units on a 5.78-acre plot, Stellaris is the latest phase in Riana Dutamas after Savio and Savvy and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM821mil.

Stellaris comes with 31 facilities which include Zen Pavilion, elevated infinity pool, kiddy playland, wading pool, mini golf course, fitness studio or dance studio, yoga deck, multi-purpose hall, games room, function lounge, landscaped green spaces and herbs gardens that are connected and near the recreational facilities.
The development incorporates sustainable building materials, energy-efficient fittings in common areas and a north-south orientation to minimise heat gain. It plans to obtain a GreenRE certification.
Stellaris is connected via major highways, including the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke), Sprint and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). It will have a dedicated covered walkway to the Segambut KTM Station, connecting residents effortlessly to the city’s expansive rail network.
