PETALING JAYA: i-City recently unveiled Hill10 Residence@i-City logo, an exclusive residence that is located directly above the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.
To be launched in June, Hill10 Residence offered 200 limited units that will give owner the privilege of experiencing hotel living on a lasting basis.
The logo unveiling ceremony for this luxurious development was officiated by I-Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong. Inspired by modernism Art Deco, the logo reflects the unique fashion of Hill10, while creating a sleek and anti-traditional elegance that symbolise wealth and sophistication.
According to i-City director Monica Ong, the image of Hill10 logo can be read as “Hill Ten” or “Hill10”, which also represents Hill10 Residence as the 10th tower block in i-City.
“Embedded in the logo is the word Internet of Things (IoT), which is the culmination of i-City’s vision as an intelligent city,” added Ong.
The Double Tree by Hilton, a four- star hotel, will occupy the ground floor to Level 22 while the Hill10 Residence will occupy the upper floors from Level 22 Mezzanine to 43 and the ground floor.
Hill10 Residence will be launched at StarProperty.my Fair i-City Edition, which will be held from June 10 to 12, from Saturday to Monday at i-Gallery@i-City.
The StarProperty.my exhibition will offer unique property openings using digital technology, a feature different from past property exhibitions.
The developments will offer three different layouts of one bedroom, one study room and one bathroom or two bedrooms and two bathrooms that cater to the demands of modern life. Each floor of 11 residences will be serviced by four lifts.
Seamlessly extending the prestige of the Hilton Worldwide brand, Hill10 Residence will be fully fitted and furnished with interior design concepts similar to Double Tree by Hilton.
