KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians can tune in to Inspiring Homes on Astro next month for an exclusive peek at creative ways to build and design dream homes.
The inaugural collaboration between StarProperty.my and Life Inspired to launch this all-new original series will feature six unique homes.
Premiering on Dec 6, the programme will be aired at 10pm on Astro channel 728.
The inspirations for an ideal living environment would be showcased in the upcoming series which follows celebrity hosts Aishah Sinclair and Jason Godfrey for an exclusive all-access tour of Malaysian properties.
The show also offers expert advice on property purchase and investment for first-time buyers.
Launched yesterday at the StarProperty.my fair at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, it was launched by Star Media Group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, Life Inspired general manager of content and production Janice Cheng and hosts Sinclair and Godfrey.
“This year’s fair marks the first time that StarProperty.my is collaborating with Life Inspired for the production of the two-episode Inspiring Homes series.
“In this programme, Godfrey and Sinclair will be finding out what inspires people to build and design their dream homes,” said Wong.
The fair also witnessed the Premium Partners official signing by Wong, IJM Land Bhd senior general manager Hoo Kim See and Ekovest Bhd managing director Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng.
“The StarProperty Fair aims to support both our audiences and our clients through effective engagement channels offering a wide selection of choices to meet the different requirements,” said Wong.
Organised by StarProperty.my and its premium partners IJM Land Bhd and Ekovest Bhd, the fair brings together a diverse selection of property projects by more than 20 developers, and property-related talks.
S P Setia Bhd is promoting various types of properties in the Klang Valley at different price ranges to cater to people from all walks of life.
Meanwhile, legal expert Elizabeth Siew will explain the similarities and differences between lease option, rent-to-own and owner’s financing.
Visitors who complete the organiser’s survey forms will be able to redeem a free plant.
Only 100 plants will be given away a day, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Visitors can also participate in a survey contest to stand a chance to win one of 20 Spritzer Hot & Warm Mini Dispensers, subscription to video-on-demand service dimsum.my and other mystery gifts.
Those who purchase a home at the fair will stand a chance to win prizes worth more than RM50,000, including a travel package to the Maldives worth RM30,000.
Today is the last day of the fair which ends at 7pm. Admission is free.
