THE Straits is an upcoming luxurious high-rise residence nestled in a peaceful enclave in Johor Baru, Johor.
To be developed by Sonata Resources Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Southeast Asia Landmark Group, the project sits on freehold land along Jalan Abdul Samad.

Its suites come in seven layouts starting with the one-bedroom and one-study Type A at 868sq ft and the Type A1 at 869sq ft.
The Type B, Type B1 and Type C are 1,540sq ft, 1,417sq ft and 1,616sq ft respectively and come with two bedrooms and a studio, while the C1 at 1,350sq ft has 2+1 bedrooms.
All four variants have a dual key concept that is essentially two units in one, great for multi-generational families who wish to live together.
