PETALING JAYA: IJM Land Bhd has organised a Well-Being Workshop at ICE Gallery, Pantai Sentral Park, giving its future residents a chance to enjoy and practice healthy and balanced green lifestyle.
Celebrity chef Connie Chew shared her experience on the art of fermentation and the preparation of Sauerkraut during the event. Described as “the flavorful space between fresh and rotten”, the fermented food contains helpful enzymes, antibiotic and anticarcinogenic substances that promote the growth of healthy bacteria.
“Nature is good for health and happiness, and eating natural is the best way to stay healthy,” she said.
Aligned Integrated Healthcare Centre founder and clinic director Dr Daniel Tan also shared the benefits of chiropractic care and how back pain affects one's health.
“One of our primary objectives at Pantai Sentral Park is to provide opportunities to our residents to lead healthy and wholesome lifestyle.
“In Pantai Sentral Park, residents could explore the pathways with trellis, children playground, tree houses, rock water fountain and topiary garden or take time off with family at Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, located close to the development.
“We aim to give our residents the chance to experience healthier, greener lifestyle with their friends and family,” said Pantai Sentral Park’s sales and marketing manager Grace Foo.
Located at the midpoint of the city and set against the stunning backdrop of 200-acre Bukit Kerinchi Forest, Pantai Sentral Park will comprise seven residential phases and six commercial phases to be completed within 10 to 15 years.
The first two residential phases, Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences, have been launched.
Inwood Residences was entirely sold and currently under construction. The project is scheduled for vacant possession by June next year in conjunction with the completion of Pantai Sentral Park interchange.
The 2.8km interchange built by IJM will offer a direct connection from the development to New Pantai Express Way (NPE), providing residents with easier access to major roads around the city.
Currently open for sale is Secoya Residences, a 41-storey condominium tower comprising a total of 243 units.
Secoya Residences has achieved 65% take-up rate up-to-date and targeted to be completed by 2019.
