KUALA LUMPUR: HCK Capital Group (HCK), a prominent property developer, celebrated the achievements of its stakeholders and unveiled its future plans at the Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur during the grand Partnership of Achievers Gala recently.
The event marked the culmination of efforts by stakeholders, integral to HCK's evolution and success. In 2023, HCK delivered vacant possession for over 2104 units and is set to exceed expectations by delivering over 2200 units this year.
HCK executive chairman Tan Sri Clement Hii Chii Kok emphasised the organisation's commitment to delivering promises and enhancing its credentials as a reputable developer. He stressed the importance of continuous evolution in today’s dynamic economy, stating: "HCK will build affordable homes and craft amenities that match even high-end residences. Ling unveiled three new components of the platforms division, namely, the Titanium mobile app, PropertyWise, and iConstech. Each is specifically designed to enhance the property journey for all stakeholders, including real estate agents, buyers and sellers.
HCK property and projects group managing director Foong Peng Yew echoed the sentiment that HCK’s tech revolution aims to improve and enhance its core business of property development.
"Our upcoming launches, including e-Sentral@Damansara West, Hiijauan Broga@Semenyih, and Lakecove View@Cybervalley, epitomise our commitment to our tagline Tech, Thee, In Harmony," he said.
