PETALING JAYA: HCK Capital Group (HCK) has announced the launch of e.Sentral, its first smart city development where every home feature can be controlled via a mobile app. With environmental, social and governance (ESG) at the forefront, HCK is among the few developers in Malaysia taking sustainability to the next level.
The e.Sentral project, a collaboration between the leading property developer and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), aims to benefit thousands of homebuyers and their communities.
HCK group managing director Datuk Dennis Ling and PKNS development deputy chief executive officer Md Kamarzan Md Rais officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for the landmark project.
Speaking about the launch, Ling said: “Our latest project will once again set a benchmark in the property market with its smart-city concept, harmonizing technology and nature. e.Sentral embodies our vision of future living, where trees and tech coexist seamlessly.”
Situated in Damansara West, this 10-acre development integrates cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly design, offering a perfect blend of smart living and nature. The first phase consists of a 5-acre mixed development and a two-acre facility deck.
Strategically located next to a 62-acre forest, e.Sentral caters to urbanites seeking a smart lifestyle amidst nature. As the first of many HCK projects under the tech and trees concept, the development will feature various smart home elements, including digital controls for electricity, locks, cameras, and lighting as standard.
