Developer fetes support of buyers, completion of The Horizon Residences, and sneak preview of Aria

KUALA LUMPUR – Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia-listed Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd, hosted a Customer Appreciation Dinner to thank past buyers for their support for the developer’s past projects and their contribution to its stellar performance over the years. The event was held at Hap Seng Land Gallery in Menara Hap Seng 2.
“We are gathered here this evening to express our deepest appreciation to our buyers for supporting us as we strive towards developing our capability as a property innovator and trendsetter in Malaysia by setting new benchmarks in our developments,” said David Khor, Chief Operating Officer of Hap Seng Land.
He noted that Hap Seng Land’s stellar performance of the past years is due in no small part to its buyers’ enthusiastic contribution and constant input through varied needs and suggestions.
It paid tribute with the Hap Seng Customer Appreciation Night – A Musical Twilight, a musical-themed appreciation dinner with celebrity chef Christian Bauer and well-known sommelier David Stephan.

Bauer is the executive chef and director of the multi-award-winning Troika Sky Dining, one of Kuala Lumpur’s finest gourmet destinations known for its celebrated menus. Bauer has prepared menus for some of the world’s prestigious brands such as Givenchy, Hublot, Jaeger-leCoultre, Judith Leiber, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, and many more.
French national Stephan is CEO and sommelier of www.winetalk.com.my, Malaysia’s premier online wine retailer. Trained as a sommelier in France, he brings to Malaysia his broad knowledge of and experience with wines. He has travelled to many countries, including work stints in hotels and restaurants in Paris, Lyon, the Caribbean and Shanghai, exploring thousands of different wines and developed an expert taste to identify great ones.
At the event, Khor also announced the completion of Hap Seng Land’s latest flagship development, The Horizon Residences, a freehold development overlooking the Royal Selangor Golf Club.
He said the project was just completed with the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) recently.

According to Khor, The Horizon Residences, designed by renowned architects for modern city living, can be a lovely home as well as an investment for the future.
“It is Hap Seng Land’s maiden foray into the highrise luxury residential segment in KL. We wanted to offer our customers something that is out of the ordinary, not the typical concrete-clad residential development that shares similarity with other buildings in the vicinity, but a prestigious address that offers our buyers a place they can call their dream home,” Khor noted.
