PETALING JAYA: Following the successes of Avantas Residences and Serintin, CPI Land Sdn Bhd, returns with another market offering – Tuan Residency located in Jalan Kuching which is slated to launch in early next year.
Tuan Residency will house 577 units with built-up ranging from 878 sq ft to 1,015 sq ft with four different layout options, and dual-key access convertible for selected units. Each unit consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a unique blend of Colonial and Peranakan themed residence nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
“The project, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM280mil, is expected to be completed by the end of 2020,” said Yeap at the project's ground-breaking ceremony.
Prices are between RM450 per sq ft and RM480 per sq ft, which Yeap deemed as “priced lower than the average market rate with its prime location.”
Yeap said TUAN Residency is poised to be a meld of luxury and accessibility for Malaysians, regarding space, environment, price and location.
The ground-breaking ceremony was also officiated by Federal Territories Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan with CPI Land co-founder and director Yeap Teck Hooi.
“I want to applaud CPI Land for its commitment to producing fine quality homes at accessible prices, which is in line with the Government’s efforts,” said Datuk Dr Loga Bala during the ground-breaking ceremony of Tuan Residency.
“I am happy to learn that CPI Land has been working closely with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) and the local Rukun Tetangga to ensure that the local residences feel comfortable and safe with this new development,” he added.
Yeap also added that as part their commitment to the residents, Yeap shared that CPI Land will be working and sponsoring the local Rukun Tetangga in setting up the Voluntary Patrol Scheme.
For preview and booking, the TUAN Residency showroom is located at the Ground Level of Avantas Residences, Old Klang Road.
