It was another milestone for Eco Majestic with the handing over of its first landed home series – the Cradleton precinct – comprising 612 units of Straits Era-inspired two-storey terraced homes with colonial-style architecture.
It was EcoWorld’s first landed homes handover in the Klang Valley.
At the hand-over ceremony that coincided with Mothers Day, residents and guests were treated to a lion dance performance.
There was also a photo booth, caricature drawings, live band performances and giant bubbles that were a hit among children.
At the event, Eco World Development Group Bhd president and chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah expressed his delight in welcoming the first residents to Eco Majestic, its flagship township in the Klang Valley.
“We take pride in ensuring all our projects are masterfully planned and meticulously designed to ensure our purchasers will always find happiness and joy in an EcoWorld development. All our efforts have paid off when we see the happy smiles of our purchasers who have finally received keys to their dream homes.
“Our team of trained and dedicated staff are ever ready to ensure a smooth transition for the residents when they move in,” he said.
The Cradleton Precinct, which is approximately 20ha, is the Group’s first completed stratified landed development in Klang Valley.
Approximately five hectares of the precinct is dedicated to greenery, inclusive of pathways comprising a 2.3km bicycle route.
There will also be a dedicated central and linear park with outdoor facilities suitable for all generations such as a fitness station, playing lawn and outdoor living room and a specially customised children’s playground.
The homes are Unifi-ready and the first 300 residents who move into Cradleton will receive a free Unifi subscription for 12 months.
Eco World Development Group Bhd is also offering the first 500 purchasers of Eco Majestic projects a complimentary one-year subscription of dimsum as part of its VIP gift.
Dimsum is a video-on-demand (VOD) service by Star Media Group that offers the best Asian content via online and mobile applications.
At the event, homeowner Alan Hor said he was pleased with the added bonus and waited 20 hours to buy a unit in Cradleton.
“We came unprepared as we did not expect such a queue. We arrived early and saw that chairs were set up for homebuyers. The EcoWorld staff were very nice, there was even satay provided for people waiting in line.
“We chose this development as EcoWorld is a reputable developer.
“It is a self-contained township with a strata title and gated-and-guarded residential area,” said Hor, adding that he planned to move in next year.
Some of the value-added services offered include pre-move-in cleaning, professional movers, broadband application, paid TV application and gas delivery.
Eco Majestic is also showcasing its newly completed show unit for the Harmoni Apartments and the show houses for its latest collection.
The Stoneridge Precinct comprising cluster, semi-detached and bungalows was recently opened for preview.
Also present at the ceremony were Star Media Group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, Eco World Development Group chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow.
In the vicinity of Eco Majestic is the highly-anticipated Eco Forest development, a freehold approximately 200ha mixed-township next to Broga Hills.
Strategically situated with connectivity to various highways and expressways such as Lekas, SKVE and SILK and situated near tertiary educational institutions such as UTAR, University of Nottingham, Uniten, UKM and UPM, Eco Forest is set to cement the group’s leading position in the growing south eastern Semenyih corridor.
Eco Forest’s maiden launch scheduled in the second quarter of 2017 will see the launch of double-storey terraces and garden homes with starting prices from about RM500,000.
