PETALING JAYA: StarProperty.my is offering a bigger “wow” factor with its Win A Home (WAH) campaign at the Konvensyen Hartanah fair at KL Sogo.

Those who buy any property showcased at the bumiputra property exhibition, which is held from Thursday till Sunday, will have a chance to win a half-a-million ringgit condo during the WAH campaign.

Konvensyen Hartanah is the Starproperty.my’s first fair with a specific focus to educate, inform and inspire bumiputra homebuyers about owning a place of their own.

The fair opens its doors from 10.30am to 9pm at level seven of KL Sogo.

The event is a collaboration of StarProperty.my, mStar and Suria FM.

Among others, the fair will feature talks in Bahasa Malaysia and English about bumiputra-property related issues and investment prospects.

There will be topics such as “Gen Y and Our First Home”, “Land Taxes: What should You Know?”, “Malay Reserve Land and Bumiputra Property” and more.

A series of special edition talks will take place on Thursday and Friday about empowering women in self-growth, career advancement and property ownership, as well as tips on home decoration.

Those who would like to try their luck in the WAH campaign should register at wah.starproperty.my and complete a few simple steps, besides other requirements.

The exhibitors at the fair will include IJM Land Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd, Macly Equity, Maju Kuala Lumpur, Sunsuria Bhd, Berjaya Land Bhd, OIB, Uda Land Sdn Bhd and MRCB.

A total of one million Sogo reward points are up for grabs for homebuyers.
