SEPANG: Glomac Bhd is launching the latest phase of its affordable landed residential development in Saujana KLIA, namely Primrose. The project, comprising 123 units of double-storey terrace houses, is aimed at first time home buyers, young professionals and investors looking for homes away from the city.
Glomac sales and marketing head Kim Neoh said the 231-acre Saujana KLIA has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.3bil. Glomac has successfully developed seven residential home phases comprising 905 units of double-storey terrace houses and a neighbourhood commercial hub of 72 shop offices with an estimated GDV of RM560mil, she said.
First developed in 2015, Saujana KLIA is planned as a suburban mixed residential development. There are various types of affordable landed properties such as double-storey terrace houses, bungalows, shop offices, apartments and townhouses under Rumah Selangorku.
Glomac sales and marketing manager Eliza Jamaludin said Primrose is designed with the concept of interior spaciousness that promotes unlimited freedom to living, dining and kitchen areas. Units offered in Primrose comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms with built-ups ranging between 1,560 sq ft and 2,288 sq ft.
These affordable homes start at RM498,800 for an intermediate unit and are expected to be completed in 2023. Eliza said future developments in the township could include strata apartments, detached homes, townhouses, shop offices and a commercial centre.
