SUNGAI BULOH: Glomac has launched another 120 units of its Sari series two-storey terrace houses in Saujana Perdana, known as Dahlia Sari after overwhelming response for its two earlier launches.
Glomac chief operating officer for operations Zulkifly Garib said the HappyNest digital campaign had attracted buyers and investors to purchase properties from Glomac, following the overwhelming take-up rate of Mawar Sari and Tresna Triandra, despite having being launched during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mawar Sari was launched in October 2020 and Tresna Triandra in July 2020.
Dahlia Sari, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM80.2mil, is part of the 200-acre Saujana Perdana development which will consist of 2,018 units of residential and commercial properties on completion, said Zulkifly.
Saujana Perdana annexes Bandar Saujana Utama, where its busy and thriving commercial square serves the two neighbourhoods. The Bandar Saujana Utama township stretches across 1,100 acres northwest of Sungai Buloh district.
Both Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana are matured developments, housing a variety of residential terraced homes and townhouses. They have an impressive occupancy of more than 93% and are expected to reach a population of 55,000 by the end of 2021.
Easily accessible to Kuala Lumpur City Centre from various expressways, Dahlia Sari remains an attractive option as it is the final plot of the Sari series landed homes development.
Dahlia Sari sits within the proximity of numerous amenities such as schools and educational institutions, places of worships, healthcare facilities, restaurants and convenience stores, all of which offer convenience together with suburban healthy lifestyle facilities like parks and open spaces.
Designed for spaciousness to accommodate large families, entertainment or simply for relaxation and comfort, the houses come in four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with built-ups of 1,815 sq ft. to 2,175 sq ft.
Priced from RM528,800, it is also designed to be flexible with a larger guest room and seamless layout concept from the living area up to the kitchen area. The targeted completion is by Q1 of 2023.
To date, Glomac has launched a total of 1,240 units of double-storey terrace homes in Saujana Perdana with a total GDV of RM700mil. After Dahlia Sari, Glomac will shift its focus to commercial development in the area to increase the commercial activities and services for the residents of Saujana Perdana.
