PETALING JAYA: Property developer Glomac recently handed over vacant possession of the Saujana Perdana Seri Kenanga Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) homes, located within the Bandar Saujana Utama township.
The 178 units Seri Kenanga presents a hybrid concept of two-and-half-storey townhouses with a built-up area of 1,200 sq ft, each on a 24 ft by 65 ft lot. Each unit comes with a parking bay, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is priced at RM250,000.
Delivered to owners ahead of time, Seri Kenanga is the developer’s second RSKU affordable townhouse-type home developed at Saujana Perdana. The group has in June 2022 handed over 180 units of the Seri Kenari townhouse affordable homes.
The group said that to date, it has delivered 1,549 units of affordable housing in Bandar Saujana Utama.
