KOTA KEMUNING: Gamuda Land previewed their first high-rise, The Amber Residence, recently at the grand opening of twenty.five7 in Kota Kemuning.
Gamuda Land project director Aw Sei Cheh said the landed properties within the mixed-use development property had been well received by potential customers.
“Recently we did the soft launch for our terraced houses, and until today, we have a take-up rate of about 30% for all units that we have, and a big part of it comes from last month when we opened our show unit.
“We have launched 181 units of terrace and 91 units of Semi-D homes. This is just the first phase of landed houses that we have here,” he said.
Spread across 4.8 acres, The Amber Residence is twentyfive.7’s first high-rise with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM313mil featuring 596 units of serviced apartments. The development has two 30-storey towers above a two-storey podium with 32 units retail shops.
Twentyfive.7 is a mixed development in Kota Kemuning spanning 257 acres and has an estimated GDV of RM4bil and is comprised of Semi-D, Superlink homes, a two-tower serviced apartment and a commercial hub known as The Quayside.
The Quayside at twentyfive.7 houses a waterfront walkway with over 100 retail and F&B outlets. Also located at the Quayside is a marketplace with artisanal cafes, bakeries, a grocer, a cinema, wellness place and more.
Phase 1 of twentyfive.7 was launched in mid-2017 comprises 181 units of superlink homes and 98 units of semi-detached homes.
These are targeted to be completed by end-2019 with Quayside expected to be completed by 2020.
