MOST median wage earners do not have the time or resources to acquire more knowledge on financial management.
In the upcoming StarProperty.my Forum titled “Fundamentals of Homeownership through Strategic Analysis”, seasoned property investor and blogger Ken Teo will be sharing insights on how they can improve the value of their assets.
According to Teo, the middle class often have little free time.
Hence, it is harder for them to acquire relevant information, especially about how to handle their finances.
“They often find it difficult to cope on a fixed salary with the pressure of rising commodity prices,” he noted.
Teo said real estate investment presents an attractive option to those in the group as median wage earners are seen as good paymasters especially those with fixed salaries.
In his talk titled “Core guidelines to improve asset value”, Teo will also talk about the potential risks in real estate purchase and the real estate product that is the best investment tool for the middle class.
Meanwhile, entrepreneur Jeevan Sahadevan will be speaking on “7 values that will double your wealth”, while Smart Financing chief executive officer Gary Chua’s talk is entitled “Unlocking top 7 financing secrets and strategies for homebuyers”.
The StarProperty.my Forum 2017 will be held at KDU Glenmarie from 12.30pm to 4.30pm on July 15.
Eligible participants to the forum will receive a complimentary bluetooth speaker and Utropolis Marketplace voucher worth RM50.
