The launch of the last tower at Lakeville Residences received very good response.
As reported in The Star Online, the final tower of the Lakeville Residence development was recently launched by Mah Sing Group. The event was held on a weekend at Lakeville Lifestyle Sales Gallery in Kepong.
The bookings for the units on the ground to 15th floor came up to a 92% take-up rate in just two days. The entire development (estimated gross development value of RM1.5bil) sits on a 6.62ha development, with a total of six residential towers, retail shops and podium shops.
