Location has always been a prime factor when considering to purchase one’s house. Ideally, house buyers would prefer homes that allow them easy access to entertainment and work, which is a moment's drive away. But why drive when you can walk?
Check out our winners of the StarProperty.my Awards 2019 category—The Just-Walk Developments Award and find out more:
The Just-Walk Developments Award goes to the development that epitomises the ‘Work, Play, Live & learn’ concept. The development is built with a choice selection of amenities within walking distance. The winning community should have a lower carbon footprint due to the ‘just-walk’ factor that is the result of an integrated, sustainable, and liveable environment.
Bright new landmark in southern Klang
Trio by Setia will be the most prominent residential landmark in Southern Klang. This integrated development comprises 788 serviced apartments in three towers and a four-storey commercial phase of 42 retail units, F&B space and office parcels.
A two-tier deck offers high-end facilities for Trio’s community. Part of it is a two-acre cascading feature that resembles a terraced padi field. Trio’s commitment to low-carbon footprint includes rainwater harvesting and designated electric vehicle charger station.
Pedestrians will have easy access to shopping malls, medical centre, educational institution, hotels and convention hall. The upcoming Bukit Tinggi LRT3 station will make Trio a transit-oriented development and raise property values.
