Witnessing the Midas touch in Bangsar South
Bangsar South, UOA’s 60-acre award winning flagship integrated city development, is a highly sought-after address amongst today’s discerning urbanites. The former squatter settlement land has been transformed into a vibrant and thriving residential and commercial enclave. It has become the preferred business and lifestyle address within Kuala Lumpur’s dynamic cityscape. In 2007, prior to construction commencement, UOA embarked on infrastructure improvement works in an effort to enhance the surrounding areas in Kerinchi. These include the widening of the main access roads, the building of new pedestrian walkways and the addition of green landscapes.
The vision for Bangsar South is to create a sustainable development of quality standards that will enrich and add value to the lives of the community. UOA takes on a synergistic approach to build a dynamic integrated city development that will establish Bangsar South as the preferred place to work, live and play. The central location of Bangsar South allows convenient access to a host of retail, service and recreational facilities, including The Sphere, a lifestyle hub for the discerning crowd.
