KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has crafted a new development dubbed Dahlia, poised as the fourth phase of its offering within Serene Heights Bangi, Selangor. This phase is now open for sale.
Dahlia will have two components built upon lot sizes, with a standard 20ft by 70ft configuration. Type A will offer 92 units while Type B will showcase up to 78 units, sized between 1,942 sq ft and 2,411 sq ft presented in intermediate, end lot and corner lot unit arrangements.
Constructed on a 14-acre piece of land, these new homes hold a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM108mil and will be sold between RM585,800 and RM1,000,800, slated to complete by July 2020.
This phase of abodes will don a white and timber theme, displaying a “Tropical Resort” and “Kampong House” effect.
