PETALING JAYA: Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) celebrated another achievement when it handed over 54% of its newly completed double and triple-story Triana shop offices in Tropicana Aman to their owners.
“As Tropicana’s largest township to date, Tropicana Aman offers a promising business opportunity for owners and entrepreneurs, with a projected 30,000-strong population once complete. Triana shop offices are ideally positioned to cater to this demand as well as footfall from surrounding areas, featuring easy access to the Shah Alam Expressway, as well as ample pedestrian links. It accommodates a wide range of commercial arrangements, including entertainment businesses,” Tropicana managing director of marketing and sales Joanne Lee said.
The 18.4-acre hub aims to grow the development’s commercial outlook, leveraging open designs which comprise wide shop frontages, higher ceilings and double-volume spaces for dining and retail tenants.
Triana shop offices target a range of businesses from start-ups and co-working spaces to established brands and franchises.
In line with Tropicana’s sustainability principles, the hub provides shade for visitors with trees planted along the walkways. The township’s 85-acre Central Park also acts as a green lung, equipped with recreational spaces, lakeside pavilions as well as walking and biking trails.
Triana shop offices are connected to the Tropicana Aman township, as well as to nearby amenities such as the Columbia Asia Hospital, hypermarkets and schools. For more information, visit tropicanaaman.com.my/LandingPageTriana.
