PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Aman, an 863-acre township by Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana), recorded a 100% take-up for Freesia Residences and Gemala Residences.
“With the positive response to Tropicana Aman’s first five landed phases, our marketing and project teams worked closely to deliver market-driven products centred around our development DNA. Our marketing and sales team also adopted digital and online initiatives to enhance customer engagement,” said Tropicana group executive director Jared Ethan Ang.
The two projects’ success was due to their innovative layouts and distinctive facade designs and Tropicana’s T living home personalisation series, allowing home buyers to choose their preferred colour themes, fittings, and smart home solutions.
These features appealed to buyers’ changing needs as Malaysians have re-evaluated their residential space preferences post-lockdown.
Freesia Residences features 198 park and lake villa homes set amid the tranquil grounds of the surrounding township. Comprising double-storey bungalows and semi-detached (semi-D) units with a choice of side-to-side and back-to-back layouts, it is suitable for multi-generational families and upgraders, given the ample built-up and land size.
In contrast, Gemala Residences comprises 116 garden linked villas with built-ups from 2,648 sq ft. Each unit includes an integrated side garden and a semi-D façade.
Gemala Residences addresses the changing role of space utilisation in the new normal, allowing home owners the flexibility of adapting them for varying living, working or recreational use.
In line with Tropicana’s environmental, social and governance principles, Freesia Residences and Gemala Residences utilise climate-responsive designs like open layouts, ample windows and openings maximising natural airflow and lighting. These, in turn, reduce cooling and lighting costs as part of Tropicana’s sustainable development approach towards a greener future.
The award-winning Tropicana Aman is designed as a self-sustaining township in Kota Kemuning, supported by commercial hubs and international educational institutions like Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser.
Surrounded by nature, its 85-acre Central Park serves as a green lung while fostering sustainable lifestyles with abundant recreational spaces, lakeside pavilions and a 7km walking and biking trail. In addition, a five-acre recreational hub offers gym and swimming pool facilities for residents with active lifestyles.
