TAMBUN Indah Group is showcasing The Raintree Park, Pearl Tropika and Straits Garden projects at the Star Property Fair 2015 at Queensbay Mall from Thursday to Sunday.

These projects, with the exception of Straits Garden, are located in the Pearl City Township, south Seberang Prai.

The Raintree Park, the group’s latest gated residential community project, offers a well-balanced mix of freehold link semi-detached, terrace and duplex villa homes to cater to all walks of life.

The units are priced from RM493,000 and RM585,000 respectively.

Teh said the group would also open the Pearl Tropika for registration at the Star Property Fair 2015. It is a mixed development project of double-storey terrace and link semi-detached houses.
