KUALA LUMPUR: Sunsuria Bhd announced its collaboration with Affin Bank’s Home Step Fast/-i to offer homebuyers a lifestyle ownership programme that allows them to pay a lower installment on their home for the first five years.
Affin Bank is offering RM200mil end financing to Sunsuria under the terms of the collaboration which ends in September 2022.
According to Affin Bank Mortgage Business managing director Jessie Wong, the campaign offers three key value propositions. The first one is that participating homebuyers will not be subject to a lock-in period, followed by a lack of an early settlement fee. Thirdly, homebuyers will be given the option to finance a home solar system. The financing product applies to both completed and under-construction participating residential properties.
The selected Sunsuria developments under the Home Step Fast/-i programme include Tangerine Suites and Monet Residences in Sunsuria City, Bangsar Hill Park in Jalan Maarof and Sunsuria Forum SOHO and Residential Suites in Setia Alam.
“As the group anticipates a gradual recovery in domestic economic growth, it is still cautiously optimistic moving forward. The collaboration with Affin Bank’s Home Step Fast/-i programme offers lifestyle home ownership to home buyers that are new to the workforce and those who intend to upgrade their property,” Sunsuria chief operating officer Datuk Simon Kwan said.
The Sunsuria City township project has an estimated gross development value of RM10bil while Sunsuria Forum and Bangsar Hill Park have GDVs of RM1.4bil and RM3.01bil respectively. Visit www.sunsuria.com for more information.
