THE design of Prisma Bumiraya Sdn Bhd’s latest project Novus condominium is to reflect the changing times and urban landscape of Sungai Nibong, Penang.

Novus, which means ‘new’ in Latin, is all about bold ideas and elegant modern style to meet the needs of young urban home owners.

There are two types of layout – a cosy setting at 862sq ft and a more spacious built-up at 1,155sq ft.

The units are priced from RM568 per sq ft and there are 273 units up for registration.

Each condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms comes with two parking bays.

Novus also has a range of facilities such as an indoor gym, infinity pool, children’s pool, games room, community hall and BBQ area.

The condominium is only five minutes’ drive from Queensbay Mall and a stone’s throw away from a multitude of modern amenities and dining options.

Heading to Penang Bridge or Komtar is also easy through Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway while Penang International Airport is a short drive away from Novus through Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.

Interested buyers can register for the project at Booth C6 at the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 in Queensbay Mall from tomorrow until Sunday.

The fair will be held from 10.30am to 10.30pm daily. Admission is free.

Visitors to the fair can also register for Prisma Bumiraya’s latest affordable housing project called Quinton.

It is located in the Balik Pulau township along Jalan Sungai Pinang.

The project comprises 378 apartments priced attractively from RM233,000.

Buyers have a choice of three sizes – 775sq ft, 850sq ft or 900sq ft.

Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comes with one parking bay.

Quinton residents can enjoy the use of an indoor gym, infinity pool, children’s pool, games room, community hall, BBQ area and reflexology area.

Facilities in town such as the Balik Pulau Hospital, popular eateries and a market as well as educational institutions are easily accessible from Quinton.
