If you want to know how immature ideas evolve into success, join the talk at the upcoming Propwall CORE that will take place soon at CO3 Social Office, Puchong.
2016 JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award winner Yong Chen Hui will be sharing the secret of his entrepreneurial success.
Chen said, “Our work will actually influence culture, for example, the first thing that comes to mind after a new home owner gets their keys from a developer is painting the interiors.
“This is a common practice and for change to happen is not an easy feat. What we would do in exchange is to provide free wallpaper.”
The speaker also said that an important quality for the beginners is a high spirit.
“In this field is not easy to survive and it requires strong spirit from a designated leader and respective team members to overcome obstacles.
The single most important for any startup is to keep spirits high, constantly,” he said.
“Everyone has started from a beginning, from there some will grow and become SME’s, while others may not.
Establishing an organization such as this will take a solid period of time which could span up to five years or more.
Commonly, people may face downfall due to not being able to overcome difficulty and challenges,” Chen said.
“Success is not waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance when still raining, success means facing the challenge by overcoming it,” he added.
The talk, conducted in Mandarin, will be held on August 5 (Saturday), from 10 am to 12.30pm.
