KUALA LUMPUR: City developer SkyWorld Development Group (Skyworld) has launched its latest online initiative SkyCraft to engage with future home buyers to build their dream homes together with SkyWorld.
SkyCraft is a co-creation platform that gives the public a chance to take part in the home-making process even before SkyWorld starts developing it.
In addition, home buyers will also stand a chance to win exclusive SkyWorld non-fungible token (NFT) art pieces, possibly making it the first developer in Malaysia to offer NFT giveaways, said SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng.
Through the virtual co-creation platform, SkyCrafters are given the options to craft two projects, namely SkyAmanyi in Cheras and SkyRia by the Hills in Taman Melawati, he said during a virtual launch hosted by Gabriella Robinson.
“We are currently at the drawing board stage for these two projects and it is timely for SkyWorld to engage with our potential homebuyers to see what innovative ideas that are good to have or must have so we can implement them in our new launches and build homes that meet the current market demands,” said Lee.
He mentioned that all SkyWorld new projects will go through this platform to engage with the local community for a better understanding of the needs of homebuyers before any new launches take place.
