KUALA LUMPUR: Developer SkyWorld Development (SkyWorld) was named World Gold Winner in the affordable housing category for its SkyAwani 2 Residences at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2023.
The International Real Estate Federation (Fiabci) organised the ceremony in Miami, United States. With the award, SkyWorld demonstrated the SkyAwani 2 Residences’ on the global stage as a well-crafted sustainable housing solution.
The project is part of SkyWorld's Awani series, which aims to offer affordable homes to Malaysians under the Residensi Wilayah programme. The development achieved a Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score of 79%, the highest rating within Malaysia’s Residensi Wilayah category.
